Dzypher is the Data Science Association of CSE (DS) at St. Thomas Institute for Science & Technology, Trivandrum — started in 2025 by the Data Science batch of 2023–27.

In 2025 the Data Science batch of 2023–27 decided the department needed more than a syllabus. They started an association, ran the first workshops, hosted the first datathon — and within a year put on Vortix'26, a national-level techfest with 650+ participants, from a standing start.
Everything — budget, stage, media, ops, sponsorship — is run by students. Faculty mentor; we build.
